Unfortunately, I did not had a great experience during my appointment with Tai Truong. He does not introduce himself, calls patients from the hallway I had to look who was calling me. He lacks professionalism and empathy. Of my 33 years of wearing hearing aids, he was the worst audiologist I met. I could almost do his job better, but I am not "licensed". Dr Helped me with made it easier when I lose my hearing aids due to dogs ate my brand new hearing aids that stressed me out with anxiety to tell Dr about it but he made it easier to smooth it out with my insurance to approve it with his special advice and within 2 months later, I thought I had to came in for usually routine to put the mold in my ear before hearing aids come , but Dr surprised me with the package of my hearing aids included the molds that I was in a big surprise that they saved my mold shape without the long ... read more

Tai Truong is an exceptional audiologist. His expertise and experience have been apparent at each appointment. He is patient, caring, and determined to ensure that each patient's needs are met. I highly recommend this Sonus practice.
