Amy was fantastic in fixing my hearing problem! I had been to the office in Irvine and didn't really get the service I was hoping for. I went to the Orange office and that's where Amy the Clinic Manager helped me out. She fixed my right hearing aid in 15 minutes after the Irvine office informed me it was not fixable. I walked out of Amy's office 15 minutes later with perfect hearing in both ears! And at a minimal expense. She is a true professional!

The office manager, Amy was on vacation, but the receptionist made all the effort to call her and they both work together to help solve the problem with my father hearing aid appreciate their hard work

I've had the misfortune of bringing my son here twice, as that's where insurance sent us. Good luck scheduling an appointment. They rarely answer the phone and never return messages. The only way is to call and call and call and call until someone deigns to pick up. Then once you get an appointment, you have the opportunity to experience the front desk's rudeness and lack of care in person. If you have the choice, don't go here.

Showed up for my appointment and they couldn't find me in their system. Apparently the person that makes appointment is not trained well. Very disappointed on the lack of communication.
