I've had the misfortune of bringing my son here twice, as that's where insurance sent us. Good luck scheduling an appointment. They rarely answer the phone and never return messages. The only way is to call and call and call and call until someone deigns to pick up. Then once you get an appointment, you have the opportunity to experience the front desk's rudeness and lack of care in person. If you have the choice, don't go here.

Showed up for my appointment and they couldn't find me in their system. Apparently the person that makes appointment is not trained well. Very disappointed on the lack of communication.

They didn’t check or answer the patient’s emails even they gave me email address to contact them. Even I called to reminds few times . Of course answered the phones was always the machine. If your office is too busy, you need to pay more money to hire more employees , who are hard working and nice to patients ( I mean doing good customer service)
