Bad customer service,Whe you call they don't answer, they tell you we are going to call today they don't call you very disappointed
I had my aids ordered through Sonus. They had cone in but I was having car trouble and couldn't pick up. So they "sent my aids back". When I asked what we can do to remedy this they didn't have an awnser. Very unprofessional.
