After a long wait, my appointment was rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances. The process of rescheduling and communication was poorly handled, causing unnecessary inconvenience. I strongly recommend improving the scheduling system to provide a better experience for patients.
It has never been better than having a hearing test with a professional staff with Sonus. Sonus of Arcadia made whole process seamlessly and the experience was very pleasant, especially assisted with a professional staff like Lenny and Rosa. Rosa was warm in welcoming us, also, super quick in checking us in. On the other hand, Lenny thoroughly did the hearing test with care, as well as explaining the test result with patience. Overall, Sonus of Arcadia is superb, above, and beyond! ~ M.K.
