I have had hearing aids through Sonas since March of 2023. I can not say enough good things about the product and service I have received at Sonas in River Falls. Ryan is knowledgeable, informative and positive. He promptly returns my calls, contacted me for a 6 month check in and has promptly fixed a minor problem with my aids.
Excellent sevice
Your customer service rep/front desk really needs to work on a better attitude and to do their job. I haven't even worked with you guys yet and I'm not looking forward to my appointment. Shame on whoever just answered the phone, talked so rudely to me while setting up my appointment, and is the cause of this poor review. I am appalled.
Friendly professional
Great experience! I went to visit due to a noticable loss or hearing and some ringing in my ear. The owner really demonstrated care and helped me feel much better about my situation.
