I have been to Alexandria Audiology multiple times and every time is a great experience. Dr. Wagoner is extremely thorough and helpful. I’ve had tinnitus for years and her suggestions have helped me tremendously. The testing process is more detailed than what I experienced in the military, and I have much better understanding of my hearing loss. The staff is fantastic and the building is very secure. If you need help with your hearing concerns, Alexandria Audiology should be at the top of your list!
We went to Alexandria Audiology for my husband's hearing loss and are so grateful to have found them! Dr. Wagoner is fantastic--she is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and kind. She always made herself available for questions, which we really appreciated since we had no prior experience with hearing loss and treatment options. 10/10 would recommend to anyone in need of an audiologist in the DMV!
Highly recommend!! I have been super impressed by the level of customer service to the quality of care from the initial phone call all the way to troubleshooting my hearing needs. I am a 40 year old woman who has had a hearing disability since I was born. I don’t write a lot of reviews and when I do, it’s usually only when I’m super impressed. If you are on the fence about which audiologist to use, I highly recommend Alex Audiologist!
Both Denny and I find Dr. Waggoner to be extremely personal and helpful, along with being knowledgeable. Working with her is a delight. We highly recommend her to you.
