Horrible experience at Sonu Haircut. I booked my appointment over the phone, but when I arrived (after driving in the rain), Bharat first argued I never had one. After I showed proof, he claimed my phone number “wasn’t written down” by their own team. Then suddenly another guy was called in, even though the shop looked empty—clearly they just push people to whoever they want. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT SONU HAIRCUT. BOOKED AN APPOINTMENT, BUT BHARAT DENIED IT EVEN AFTER I SHOWED PROOF. ANOTHER GUY WAS CALLED IN FOR NO REASON. SHOP WAS EMPTY, STILL NO HAIRCUT. BARBERS CAN’T HANDLE SCISSORS PROPERLY. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME, MONEY, AND ENERGY. AVOID COMPLETELY.
I was with my friend at SONU HAIRCUT, and the experience was unbelievably bad. He had a proper PHONE APPOINTMENT, but when we arrived (after driving in the rain), BHARAT STARTED ARGUING THAT THERE WAS NO APPOINTMENT. had a very unprofessional and disturbing experience with this salon. I applied for a job here, but the owner himself sent me inappropriate and offensive personal messages instead of treating me with respect. This is highly unprofessional, unsafe, and unacceptable behavior from a business owner. I would strongly advise others to stay away from this place.”
