Not a good experience.
This was my first time at the place, I went in expecting a trim and adding a few long layers for my long hair. Did not want anything crazy or asked for anything crazy. The hairstylist initially asked me the amount i want taken off and we agreed on it and she started taking of alot of hair and length off to add layers as she worked her way up!
