Loved my experience with Michael and Travis. Great experience, love the home and neighborhood. They’ve been great help along the way with all of my many questions. Maintenance items that I’m catching along the way I’m able to reach out and have fixed. I’ve already had to use my warranty on the HVAC but Airtron came out and fixed at no charge to me (due to warranty). Travis wanted to know what the issue was, which was nice to know they still care even after move in. I’ve been here about three weeks and so far so good!
As immigrants and first home buyer they made each step easy and delivered as promised. Castle rock understand the assignment. I highly recommend them. 👌
