I previously left a positive review but after my latest experience I feel it's fair I change it to a negative one.I don't really like writing negative reviews so I'll try and be fair. I was charged $237 including 1.18 hours to install a battery into my BMW. This is just the install price. This is more than what I was quoted at the BMW dealership which I think is pretty unreasonable. I always find Sonter staff very helpful. I was particularly impressed with mechanic, Brett recently. He was very informative on what he could do and how he was going to do it. Gave me a number of options re car repair. Also impressed with office manager, Anthea, who is always friendly and great with her customer service attitude. nice people.
Had an urgent issue with my oil pressure light and was quite anxious regarding it, I emailed Sonter and Shane was extremely knowledgeable and quick with his communication! The process was made very easy for me and I was informed of each step along the way and the price. I would absolutely recommend Sonter to anyone looking for a good, honest and reliable mechanic!
