I would never knowingly accept a load to any shipper/receiver that makes drivers wait inside while being loaded/unloaded and I will certainly never come back. Treating professional adults like children is unacceptable.
My pick up address was 351 Hillman Place and I had the TOUGHEST time finding this place! Holy cow! I drove around trying to ask people and figure it out for over an hour. Finally, I found a lady that helped me. This guard house now shows Magnera and my directions from the broker took me to this entrance. Easy in and out friendly people
Great place to deliver to. Unloaded quickly You must go inside and sit during unload but it was fast. And you will have to clear dunnage out of your trailer but they have dumpster in dock area for you to use They do have overnight parking right down road from guard shack in gravel lot.
Usually, this is a pleasant place to offload.. the security guard is a sweetheart.. and "usually" the receiving staff are pleasant.. not today. Today.. I was singled out. Apparently, if you're not an employee, you're not allowed to stay in your truck. The sign clearly says "All Drivers," so I figured if the guy next to me didn't have to get out.. then why should I..
