I haven't even checked in or unloaded. My address is 326 swinging bridge rd. I went to the guard shack that gps told me was where I needed to be. Wrong. Lady was nice but info was not helpful. She gave me a map and said I want to go rt our of her drive down to the big building on the left. Nothing down there has company name and no signs I could see. I would never knowingly accept a load to any shipper/receiver that makes drivers wait inside while being loaded/unloaded and I will certainly never come back. Treating professional adults like children is unacceptable.
My pick up address was 351 Hillman Place and I had the TOUGHEST time finding this place! Holy cow! I drove around trying to ask people and figure it out for over an hour. Finally, I found a lady that helped me. This guard house now shows Magnera and my directions from the broker took me to this entrance. But instead of turning right off of old hickory blvd (according to directions) continue past RR tracks, (You will see a big building that says Sontara on the right and their truck staging area too) once you pass all of that ... read more
