There are many reasons to STAY AWAY from Sonsrena Apartments!! But, there's not enough space to write it all. So I will share the KEY reasons. 1. Severe RAT INFESTATION!!!!! RATS, RATS, RATS, everywhere!!!!! Management blames it on the City and refers you to the City of Frisco website to read about the Rat Problem. We moved here over a year ago, and we couldn't be happier! Sonsrena is a beautiful complex that has great amenities and a wonderful staff who go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable in your new home. It is close to shopping and a wide array of restaurants in the vibrant town of Frisco. This is the perfect place to call home!
Noisy!!!!!! Car in parking lot has an alarm that won't shut up! It goes off just about every night between the hours of midnight-4am. This car alarm is very loud and goes on and on for a while, waking up my family and I. We have complained MANY times to management, all they said was that they sent out a letter to everyone in the building of the report and that no one has claimed the car. I love my apartment and the community. The staff have been so helpful and welcoming. The maintenance guys are very professional and quick to respond. Everyone has gone above and beyond to help me. It's beautiful, clean, safe and the location is awesome.
I am going on my sixth year here and I love it. The apartments are great and so is all the staff. Very happy!
