I have such bad experiance with leasing office. Upon signing the contract make sure to know the rent increase amount if you decide to renew. I moved out June of 2019, left them all my contact details so that they contact me once they inspect the apt. They never bothered to get in touch. No amount was posted on their billing software. I stopped by two times and I was told that it is not ready. Two weeks ago I was shocked to see a derogatory mark on my credit report. I HATE IT WITH A PASSION!!!!! I WOULDN'T ADVISE OR EVEN WANT MY WORSE ENEMY TO LIVE IN THIS TORN DOWN GOOD FOR NOTHING PLACE!!!! If I knew that such a hell is the sonsrena,I never moved to this apartment. The staff and manager are careless. Voicemail is full and you can not reach maintenance.Nobody answers!!! whenever I ask maintenance they never take care! why?! 6 months ago I filled out a request officially in person in the office and asked to fix A/C and blinds a guy came and said we have to order a part for it .About A/C ,he fixed it temporarily using an old part from an empty apartment and told me as soon as I receive the new one I will replace i... read more

Heads Up to Agents placing clients in apartments -- Management is slow in paying referral fees to agents. Move in date was 6/14/19 and Agent has yet to receive referral check.

the new front office team as of 7/2019 is atrocious. they are unresponsive to resident needs, don't have basic knowledge (such as how to reach emergency maintenance on off hours or weekends) and have zero customer service common sense. they are unhelpful, demonstrate no sense of care that you have an issue (and you will have issues - mostly to be expected in an older complex but still should be tended to). i do not recommend that anyone move here under the current management company. they are terrible.
