CUSTOMERS BEWARE OF SONSRAY'S RETURN POLICY!! If you open the package you have just purchased, they will not issue you a refund if the part is incorrect. They are suppose to advise their customers before they pay of this open package, no refund policy. They did not advise us of this!! and we opened the package, realized it was not the part we needed and they claim they cannot resell it, therefore, we lost the money we spent for an item we will be unable to use. Spoke with Jonathan in services for a unique situation, I needed a tech to evaluate a machine for a possible future legal action, we discussed the “range” of cost being under $500. Tech came out spent exactly .75 of an hour at the location, did nothing other than start it up , check the oil dipstick, and drain out 12oz of oil in a bottle I provided for an oil analysis .3 weeks later I get billed $734.00 !!!!!
