Was so happy to find their shop, needed a water pump, for a case 570. The part's guy (Arturo). Was so awesome, he made sure he had the part before my tire burning trip there.😂🙏 Left with the correct water pump,a hat and a couple shirt's. God bless Sonray equipment and the Guy's.🔥❤️🙏

Let’s start by saying that what I was told was true about this place.The case service manager here in North Las Vegas,NV is horrible with communication.I attempted to reach out to him many times regarding a backhoe I needed repairs on and not once did I get a call back.Physically went into the store to find him and guy had an attitude.
Worst customer service I have ever dealt with! Our company will not be doing business here again. Sold us broken parts and (tried) to refuse replacing them with working parts. Rude and very disrespectful Hispanic men working in this store.
