This company has caused over $6k of damage to our home and neither they or their insurance company ( Selective Insurance) has taken responsibility… essentially told us from day one that we have no proof … we open this window every day and there was no damage prior to their visit and a very pricey window was broken . Sonshine has been cleaning our windows for at least a decade and we were always pleased with their services. But that has changed drastically this year when one of their staff accidentally cracked an antique rounded-glass window pane. We have obtained three independent cost estimates to replace the damaged single pane. Because of the nature of this glass (curved glass in a bent wood frame), cost estimates range from $4,000 to $6,000. We are so pleased with this company. They do exceptional work, give you a good discount if you pay in advance, they are very professional, responsive and on time. We have used them for our house in Cherry Hill as well as our shore place in Sea Isle several times. We have been extremely pleased! I highly recommend them.
