We absolutely love Bella (OT) and Evelyn (PT)! Thank you so much for making a difference! Update from 5 stars to 1 star: There are way too many scheduling conflicts. After the new year Evelyn (PT) dropped off the schedule and there are no additional Physical Therapist who can see my son. As far as OT, we were on a flex waitlist and FINALLY got a set schedule at 10am with our favorite therapist! 10 am is pretty late considering it’s in the middle of my work day. Nikki, Destiny, and Will at the front desk do an amazing job of ensuring that you receive all information or updates as well as are efficient at problem resolution if issues arrive with scheduling. Great clean office environments and always have cute interactive games monthly to occupy kids as they wait to be seen
My 2 year old daughter was told to "take a break" from another therapy clinic due to her always having meltdowns m, crying, screaming, and not wanting to do anything at this clinic. However, after coming to Sonshine I've seen a huge difference in my daughter. She's playing and working with the speech and occupational therapists. The therapists play at her level and follow her lead rather than focusing too much on a checklist. They are also familiar with sensory play and helping my daughter get the most out of each visit.
