Convenient once you understand how it works but confusing and a bit pricey. I took my daughters toddler ballet costume and hair bows to be cleaned and pressed. 40.00, YIKES! They definitely got the cheese popcorn stain out but as far as pressing, for the cost, I still felt like pieces of her dress were turned upward. I have dropped off clothes for dry cleaning multiple times in the last 2ish years. Lack of good communication has been my biggest issue. I have only seen a real person there during their business hours one time, and the few times that I have needed assistance, they have been difficult to get ahold of. Because the pickup and drop off is an automated process, the first time I dropped something off was pretty confusing. Not sure if this is a new system, but they ironed a barcode inside of my sweater. I'd be really mad if it were a nicer sweater. A clear iron mark was left on the back. Sweater was otherwise clean.

I recently took my Uggs slippers here for cleaning, hoping to have a stain removed. The staff was upfront about the process, letting me know it would take about a month. While I appreciated the transparency, waiting that long and still seeing the stain was disappointing. At $50, I expected better results, especially for such a delicate item. I appreciate their effort, but l'd recommend confirming they can handle specific stains or materials before bringing specialty items here. The Uggs also felt like they have shrunk

Very pricey and customer service is not up to par. I did not “feel valued” when they employee didn’t even make eye contact with me or greet me. I felt like I was the issue. SonShine says they “believe in mutual trust” but never informed me about the price of the dry cleaning when I dropped off my clothes. The employee just shut the door on my face.
