The SonShine team are amazing! They do a great job getting everything clean & always in a timely manner! When I have a rush job with table linens, I know it’ll get done. They take great care of every one of their customers!
Convenient once you understand how it works but confusing and a bit pricey. I took my daughters toddler ballet costume and hair bows to be cleaned and pressed. 40.00, YIKES! They definitely got the cheese popcorn stain out but as far as pressing, for the cost, I still felt like pieces of her dress were turned upward. Fast turnaround times, great customer service, and excellent quality work. My clothes always come back looking spotless and professionally cared for. Highly recommend!
Do not drop your dry cleaning off if you want it back. The business hours are impossible. I’ve tried to arrange pick up and no communication back. Today i finally got communication that an attendant would be available from 11-1 so I rearranged my entire day off when I was supposed to leave to go out of town. Got here and no one is here/no one is answering. The worse service I’ve ever received. I would not have paid $60 to dry cleaning a $300 comforter if I would have known I wouldn’t be able to get it back. Now I leave to go... read more
