Wonderful and friendly staff. They do amazing work and value you as a customer. If you want to be treated like family and not just a cash cow I recommend you visit Gerber Collision and glass first. Don't just take my word for it, do some shopping around and I'm sure you will find yourself choosing the folks at Gerber.
The staff at Gerber were friendly and professional. They helped me through the process of working with my insurance on a rather difficult claim. I can’t say enough how impressed I was with Lilly Vargas in particular. She was very knowledgeable of the process, her communication was excellent and encouraging. Some people on this planet just get it when it comes to customer service. Lilly is one of those people. A+ thank you!
