They have slowed up since gerber takeover. Not impressed.
I had Gerber perform repairs after an auto accident. They did an amazing job on the repairs and also communicated throughout the entire way so I knew what to expect. Would definitely use again!
We are having our truck fixed from an insurance claim. Lilly walked us through everything that was going to be done. She is so professional and sweet. I would absolutely recommend Gerber Collision & Glass.
Unfortunately, my experience at Gerber Collision in Kennewick was disappointing. One of the biggest issues was the timeline. I was originally told the repairs would take about a week, but the job ended up taking over three weeks with very little communication in between. Each time I followed up, I was told it would be “just a couple more days,” which kept getting pushed back. If I could give zero stars I would. I took my vehicle here, I got it back fixed and they told me I have life time warranty on all the repairs. There were few things still wrong with my vehicle which i got checked but still weren’t fixed. One of my suspension parts broke and they back out saying it’s not related to the original claim and that I had to start a new claim. When they actually did replace that part in the first place.
