Unfortunately, my experience at Gerber Collision in Kennewick was disappointing. One of the biggest issues was the timeline. I was originally told the repairs would take about a week, but the job ended up taking over three weeks with very little communication in between. If I could give zero stars I would. I took my vehicle here, I got it back fixed and they told me I have life time warranty on all the repairs. There were few things still wrong with my vehicle which i got checked but still weren’t fixed. One of my suspension parts broke and they back out saying it’s not related to the original claim and that I had to start a new claim. When they actually did replace that part in the first place. Was in an accident recently and the insurance company recommended this place. They were over the top excellent on everything. I knew the status of my vehicle on every step. Even was convenient with a rental car which was right down the street. No questions asked will come back to this shop with any auto body or paint repair.
Polite and fast response
Wonderful and friendly staff. They do amazing work and value you as a customer. If you want to be treated like family and not just a cash cow I recommend you visit Gerber Collision and glass first. Don't just take my word for it, do some shopping around and I'm sure you will find yourself choosing the folks at Gerber.
