Conrad seemed like a very nice person, he came to our door to offer an estimate and his services. I thought I would give him a try because I like supporting small businesses. I was excited for a good carpet cleaning! However, that was not the experience that I received. He used a very outdated, small dry foam shampooer on my carpet and used Kirby dry shampoo, nothing commercial or industrial that was my first red flag. Conrad did an amazing cleaning job on our bedroom carpets! Pet stains are gone and the fresh lavender scent was refreshing! Done in one hour and dry within 2 hours. Extremely reasonable cost. Conrad was very pleasant, prompt and respectful! Highly recommend!

Conrad and Zac did a really nice job of cleaning my capering and several rugs. Everything was done in about an hour and was far cleaner than the previous carpet cleaning that I had done. Really liked the method that they use as it does not take days to dry. Overall very professional job and nice people to work with.
