I have been to this car wash several times on the last few years. The price on the drive thru wash has gone up a lot lately. It also does not clean as well as it used to. I hand dried it off afterwards, and there was still a lot of dirt left behind! You don't have to worry about scratches like the ones with the brushes. 🙃

Issue with self-serve bay: Machine says $3.00 to start ( I swiped my card 3x). My bank showed $10.00 charge. Within 24hrs the charge became $38.74. Solution: I spoke with Keith (Sonshine employee) who offered a complimentary wash to rectify the issue. Information: If using a self-service bay it's best to use cash. If using a card to pay: utilize the "stop" button on the kiosk to avoid additional charges. I hope this helps!

I am a firm believer in hand washing! I used the self service option b/c I only needed the water hose. Machine says $3.00 ( I swiped my card 3x). My bank showed $10.00 charge. Within 24hrs the charge skyrockets to $38.74. I called customer service several times and left call back info. Call/messages were not returned. I've NEVER had to pay so much to wash my own vehicle. I would not recommend this establishment due to lack of communication & inability to accurately post pricing for ALL services.
