We came to SonScape, not really knowing what a sabbatical was or what to expect. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this wasn't just another retreat. We experienced a powerful time with the Lord and walked away with a better understanding of rest. Not just physical rest, but the true soul rest that God invites us into. We would highly recommend SonScape to anyone considering or beginning a sabbatical.
Wow, it's not easy in a few words to communicate what an impact SonScape Retreat had on my wife and me. Yes, the setting is beautiful, but more than that the leaders and hosts were stellar.

This place is a gift from God for pastors and missionaries. I got to come when I was only 30 as a missionary to India but it seems mostly for pastors who have reached burnout. The dynamics of this place were too amazing to put into words but I will say if you're thinking about this place, just do it in faith.
