Heather was extremely knowledgeable and helpful trouble shooting my heating issue! Not only did she take the time to walk me through a few things to check on my own over the phone to troubleshoot my furnace, but she came out promptly on a cold winter evening and helped with my repair, which ended up being that my thermostat had shorted out !
