Subject: Urgent: Post‑Service Engine Failure — Do Not Use Sons KIA of Montgomery Review: On 12/04/2025 Sons KIA of Montgomery performed brake, tie‑rod, spark plug, and valve cover gasket work on my 2015 Kia Soul (VIN KNDJP3A58F7180341). Immediately after service the check engine light came on and the engine would not exceed 2,000 rpm. They lied about completing a recall, drove my car home and the engine light came on I had it take it to Kia in Jacksonville and the recall was never completed. The serviced manager hung up in my face and was very dismissive their customer service was horrible I will never return to this location again. I see why they have so many bad reviews I wish i had checked the reviews BEFORE i took my car there I have attached the photo of the receipt of the recall that was never completed
