Only giving 1 start because it won't let me give them ZERO! my mom brought her kia carnival here last July 2024!!!! Engine light came on. We took it to fort toulouse in wetumpka where it coded for a fuel sensor. We took it to kia in montgomery to have them fix it algo with the recalls. She's left messages at the front desk with many people about the vehicle. She's never recieved one call or message, Never recieved a call back. The worst experience I have ever had. Zero communication, horrible customer service and untrustworthy. I will never come back.
