Paid for a storm window frame to be built. Gave them an existing storm window to match it to. Paid when I picked it up. When I got home the window was too small for the opening. Returned it, let him keep the money in order to rebuild it. Waited weeks, never returned any calls or texts after that. In the end I ended up with nothing for my money.
