The person that handled my car he.did a wonderful job. He was very polite and respectful.
We had to have our Equinox towed over the weekend due to a failure apparently in the shifter mechanism. First thing Monday morning we were contacted that the fault had been located and parts were ordered (vehicle is still under warranty). But there could be a delay due to a large back-order from GM. Our Service Rep said he would try to get the parts as soon as possible. Transmission failed with no warning on my 2019 Silverado Z71 Trail Boss after 119000 miles. Even though it had to be towed to dealership, tech originally stated he couldn't find anything wrong with truck. Told him to check again. Came back and told me needed new Trani, throttle, fuel system, and air cleaner work. Including Christmas holiday took 9 days and cost $7800.
