I live in Myrtle Beach sc , and the only place that had my part was in Georgia or New York, and I am very happy I called the parts department at SONS CADILLAC , because I couldn't have talked to any NICER AND CONSIDERATE people than DWAYNE AND GABRIEL. ( THEY BOTH ARE FANTASTIC PEOPLE, THEY TREAT PEOPLE AS THEY BOTH WANT TO BE TREATED : MAY GOD BLESS BOTH OF THEM)
Attention females! Beware of this service center!!! On December 4th I dropped my 2015 XTS off for a starter/ wiring issue. They kept the car overnight and I picked it up late afternoon December 5th. When they called to say they needed to keep the vehicle overnight I asked them if they could check the shocks and struts and give me an estimate on replacement cost. Becky/ Becca in Service Department and Manager along with technicians went above and beyond for my vehicle. I did not even buy my car there and I got 1st class service. They were able to fix my car with so many issue and they worked with my warranty company. When I need a new car I will go there for them. There are many other Cadillac dealers but I would only go to them!!! I trust them implicitly, and I'm proud to leave this review.
Becka and Steve have been extremely helpful in the service dept. We had a few major issues that came up that were covered under extended warranty, which they did a great job of navigating. When considering who to purchase a vehicle from, I always consider the service dept- you'll only deal with sales when you buy, but you'll have a lot more interaction with service over the life of your vehicle. Good team!
