In the past month our vehicle been in the service/shop at Son's.The experince has been excellent.In the service department throughout our ordeal waiting to get the SUV back.Mr Clint has professional and personnely.Made sure we was inform on any updates .While the SUV been there.His service expertise has made it easy for us to say.He his truly the leader all company should have.He take his job seriouly and have the compassion for his custumers.The words to describe him is(Above and beyond) .The extra miles in my book
I live in Myrtle Beach sc , and the only place that had my part was in Georgia or New York, and I am very happy I called the parts department at SONS CADILLAC , because I couldn't have talked to any NICER AND CONSIDERATE people than DWAYNE AND GABRIEL. Attention females! Beware of this service center!!! On December 4th I dropped my 2015 XTS off for a starter/ wiring issue. They kept the car overnight and I picked it up late afternoon December 5th. When they called to say they needed to keep the vehicle overnight I asked them if they could check the shocks and struts and give me an estimate on replacement cost.
