On Thursday August 11th 2022, I took the coach into Sonrise RV because the front left-hand slide was not closing properly. After diagnosis I was informed it needed two rollers to support the center of the slide. Sonrise RV charged me 4 and 1/2 hours at 160.00 dollars each plus $29.98 each for two rollers. The total was $779.96. Then they changed me an additional two hours at $160.00 each to adjust four cables to supposedly get the slide to close properly. Total of $320.00.
