I have been going to stylist and color expert, Erin Moen for over two year. I still remember my first time in the salon, I had such a great time! She diligently listened to what I wanted done, but also listen and created a game plan for my hair goals for my wedding. I was desperate to get my hair to grow! Beyond the expertise of the stylists, the estheticians, and others on staff, I appreciate the welcome I receive upon arrival at Sonrisa Salon & Day Spa. Tracy is never without a smile and warm welcome. My stylist, Kelly, listens, is open to suggestions, and obviously enjoys making her clients look their best. I go there and relax. It is a green spa so no chemical smells. The products the use are excellent. The people that work there are very good at what they do! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I would recommend Sonrisa to anyone.
Just had my long mop of hair dealt with. Nice shoulder length cut, highlights, & easy-to-take-care-of hair. I love it! David did a wonderful job! I will be back! :-)
They cancelled my last appointment, rescheduled for today, made arrangements and they were closed due to weather. I understand closing for bad weather but myself and a number of other people showed up for our appointments. They could have called or emailed. Very unprofessional.
