Had a terrible experience with this office. They attempted to offer me a services which I didn't approve and have sense tried to bill for such services (Which I never received) In addition they had zero prior consent that I agreed to. The office staff have confirmed my case over the phone many times. Last time I spoke to one was 4 years ago, but yet still I'm being sent bills and texts reminders for now 4 years. I chose this office because of the reviews, and I feel like either the reviews are inaccurate or I had bad luck. I called them last week, and I asked to put my son, husband, and me on the earliest time (8:30) at the same time for our yearly cleaning (the lady never told me there was only one dentist). I called at the beginning of this week to reschedule my husband due to work (once again, I stated that the three of us have a yearly cleaning due). I like everything about this place. Everybody is nice and has an excellent customer service. I really like the system they have to remind you that you have an appointment, even on the same day of your appointment, they send you a text to tell you that they will be waiting for you. The moment I enter the reception I am always greeted with a greeting and a smile. The doctor and his assistants are very friendly and definitely very professionals.
