My personal experience dealing with their accounts team has not been nice. I will be taking my business elsewhere. This may not be indicative of their general performance and people should make their own decisions based on their own experiences.
I performed a corporate magic show for the managementcand staff at Sonova this evening. They were a delight to perform for, fabulous audience and extremely friendly. Admittedly I do t have their product but after over 70 years on this planet I know people who come from the heart and Sonova personnel do.
I had an extremely poor experience with customer service. My Momentum 3 earbuds, purchased last year for $299, stopped working due to a charging case issue that prevented them from powering on. Without my original receipt from Officeworks, I informed the team multiple times, yet they repeatedly requested it, indicating poor internal communication. In the end, they returned the earbuds without repair or diagnosis, wasting my time, money on postage, and energy dealing with the unresponsive team.
