I had this surgery 2 years ago and I am not any better than I was before surgery. My doctor I am currently seeing say she can’t even tell that they did anything to free up my nerve. Sonospine basically said sorry they couldn’t help me and pushed me out the door after cashing my check for $30000. I look back and think this is probably one of the biggest mistakes I ever made. My husband's surgery turned out very well. At first , his left leg would feel numb , but that went away and he went back to work about 6 months later with no problem.
I went for a visit Sonospine at their Mclean location several months ago. Both the front desk associate and the doctor were very pleasant and professional. I explained that I am in constant pain looked for help in resolving my pain so I could get to a normal lifestyle free of pain or at least some diminished pain. If the surgery is anything like the incompetence of trying to actually see a doctor, then don’t do it! I’ve been cancelled twice in the Tyson’s corner location. The first time the night before after I had flown in from out of town for the appointment and then today. I was told the doctor decided to visit his son in Japan. They could have told me this weeks before, before I bought my plane ticket to Northern Virginia.
