Worst experience ever. If it was possible I would give them a negative 5 star rating. At every point of contact they failed to perform and made things harder for the patient and the family. They refused to provide care until we made phone calls that escalated to screaming, and even then they did not show up for 2 to 6 hours while we had to provide the care ourselves. The nurses were always nice but the management was horrible. One "care giver" showed up eating a subway sandwich and began arguing with everyone in the facility... read more

The only positive is the hospice Nurses that cared for my Dad who was in Medicare hospice so that is my 1 star. The care giver was flaky and would not show up at times and I believe he reported he worked. The social worker was inexperienced she could have done more but I assume they don’t pay their staff well by the Indeed reviews. The doctor was non existent as the nurses did the doctors job. My opinion this company took advantage of the fact my Dad was a Medicare patient which meant $$$$$ for them.

Your loved one will absolutely be in the best care possible. My mother was initially referred to a different service. I kept insisting on Sonoran Winds Hospice and finally got them 12 days later. They were absolute angels to someone else a couple of years before. So I knew of them and the quality of care they give. When you need a hospice service, that is when you especially want to be sure of the quality. You can choose who you want for this service.
