Please service the workers' toilets. It smells horrible. We need to show more respect to the workers.
I toured several open houses from different builders over the weekend. The quality of the homes by Toll Brothers, particularly those at Sonoran Trails, fell short compared to other builders. Despite the nearly $2M price tag, the homes had various issues. For that kind of investment, I'd expect a builder who doesn’t cut corners by hiring the lowest-cost subcontractors.
We have asked several times to have this water be pumped out and have the sprinklers be turned off. It has created a health hazard for our children. Please Sonoran trails, do something about this. I’m sure your future home owners would not appreciate knowing what is happening right next to them.
