We have had a wonderful experience with Sonoran smile. Head gear, palate expander, and braces! We appreciate all the staff and Dr Cox. Shout out to Rosa, who always makes my kiddo happy to come for another checkup! We have told all of our friends to send their kids here!
I had an emergency with a permeant metal retainer that needed to be reattached. The staff were kind, precise and got me through the process without skipping a beat. Dr Tim Cox is a fantastic orthodontist. He explained the process of the retainer reattachement and it was simple enough. I would highly suggest Sonoran Smile Orthodontics for your ortho needs. Great office!!
Amazing service
My son and I went in to get braces, and the assistant who helped us, Victoria, was incredible—so helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I highly recommend seeing her or any of the other assistants there. Dr. Vu is fantastic as well. From the excellent customer service to the smooth and professional process, everything was top-notch. I highly recommend this orthodontist to anyone looking for exceptional care.
Victoria at the Arcadia location is incredible! I had the best experience with her and she was very kind, gentle and knowledgeable with my treatment. I would love to come back to this location and be seen by her again!
