Mo always answers his phone. The company has proved reliable . His employees are very nice and professional. I was a new customer and they came right over in a day maybe two. I bought a house and didn't have the pool inspected. (Bad idea) they set things straight for me and made the pool reliable. Even did 2 tough leaks. I'd recommend them for sure. Had an amazing experience with Mo! As a first-time pool owner, I had tons of questions and Mo answered every single one with patience and expertise. He was incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and made me feel confident about maintaining my pool. I’ve tried other companies before, but none compare—I’ll definitely be sticking with Mo for all my pool needs. Highly recommend!
Sonoran is an excellent company for pool maintenance or any issues especially leak detection. Mo the owner is extremely knowledgeable about pool issues and has all the equipment to quickly find the exact problem and offer a resolution. We had a leak and we called many companies some couldn’t come out for months some didn’t even return calls. PLEASE call Sonoran if you have any challenges with your pool or even for service and maintenance!!! Noah and Moe came out today and figured out a leak that was causing 4” of water loss a day that three other companies couldn’t figure out…it ended up being a broken light and an easy fix to patch. They really know their stuff and I will never go to anyone else again!! Thank you guys!
