I hired them to empty, clean, and balance my hottub. They claimed the work was done, but the tub was still refilling and to pull the hose when it was done in about 15 minutes. They claimed they balanced the chemicals, but you can't do that until it's full and at least 80 degrees. They seemed like they were in a hurry so I paid and let them go. I would like to give more than 5 stars for the crew that worked at my parent’s home after the flooding in the area. After getting a quote from another pool company that stated they needed a new liner, Sonoran Pools assessed the situation and fixed the liner in a couple of hours. they were absolutely amazing and the pool is up and running again!!! Thank you again for the great communication and absolutely fantastic service. Pictures are the after flooding and then two days later of the awesome repair work!!
Mo always answers his phone. The company has proved reliable . His employees are very nice and professional. I was a new customer and they came right over in a day maybe two. I bought a house and didn't have the pool inspected. (Bad idea) they set things straight for me and made the pool reliable. Even did 2 tough leaks. I'd recommend them for sure.
