I have been calling to schedule for my family and myself & have questions but the front desk/answering services are horrible and rude! Need to remember this is the face of the company and you welcome people in.. not run them out before even being seen. with that found a more welcoming place. Sucks because I read good reviews on the therapist.

What a joke. Set up appointments for my kids in July for mid August, received the confirmation call the day before confirming the first appointment. When we arrive, the appointment has been "cancelled". So we set it up for the next day when my other child's appointment is. Receive a call that morning, after the confirmation call was received for that one too, that the therapist is sick and won't be in. All I wanted to do is be honest with my$elf. I have never been a lab student I am no one. Who is just looking for a way out of the world. I got nothing to show for . LOL. The way I was treated back at southwestern back at Buckeye was a sad ecperiance. I dont know what I done to younRani. But I really feel that U think I deserve all bad experiance and abuse from others my whole lifetime.. Its okay. I have had a lot of hate in my blood cuz now I am discovering that more people have hated me in my time.
