Charging for services that were never provided. 4 times now. I believe this is insurance fraud. They took of 2 charges last year after months of fighting it. This year they are giving me the run around. They can take care of in in office (because they have) but they choose not to this year.
I went in for lab work 3 weeks ago. I was told that they would call me as soon as the results came back. The lab send me the results over 2 weeks ago. I will call them tomorrow. I need to find another doctor. Any suggestions?
No urgency at this place. I've been asking for a refill of my medical supplies at every appointment I've had and they've put it off so long that I'm now out. I tried to reach out again today and again, no urgency. So I'm without medical equipment because of this office.
