Avoid Sonoran Ear Nose & Throat. I saw Dr. Kang at Sonoran Ear Nose & Throat as a new patient. I paid my $65 copay at my appointment. Although my issue was chronic tension headaches, a hearing test was conducted as part of my appointment. What Sonoran ENT's staff failed to disclose to me was that the hearing test wound be conducted by another doctor in the practice which would incur a separate charge to my health insurance and another copay for me. After many years of ear infection, trips to Doctors and swollen face from infection. The doctors at Sonoran cleared up infection quickly. Dr. gave me ear drops to use when my ears feel itchy, first sign of my ear infection. No more problems for more then 2 years. THANK YOU
