Went in there for an oil change and added on an engine and cabin air filter change. Ended up costing $280 and took about 3.5 hours even though I was the first one to arrive in the morning. ALSO they tightened a few of my lug nuts too tight so when I went to change my own brake pads, they sheared off. For anyone curious about this place, choose just about anywhere else or you’ll end up with more problems than you started with.
Be aware: When you go here for an oil change, they will add a bunch of stuff not required to keep your Subaru under existing warranty, and just ask you to sign the estimate without verbally saying price. My oil change (now a ridiculous $175!) quote was $350! I'd already complained the week prior to Rick (manager) about my husband getting scammed on his oil change, and Rick said he would retrain his people. What a joke! Very shady business practice.
