Worst billing experience ever. The staff was unhelpful and showed no willingness to assist — they simply sent the bill to the patient instead of coordinating with the insurance company. A basic physical ended up costing hundreds of dollars. Even one star feels generous.
This is not the place for patient blood work, they need to call this building something different so it doesn't appear in the search results alongside every other place that DOES do patient blood work.
why don't they just list it as office use only.... pretty annoying that I went out of my way to get blood work here. why don't you remove the Google listing?
Do not go to the location at Phoenix Children’s Hospital! They will ignore your concerns and put your child through yet another traumatic blood draw experience! They should not be allowed to be located in a children’s hospital!
