I made an appointment online four weeks out for 0745, arrived at 0735, checked in at the kiosk, sat down, saw my name on the TV screen and was called back at 0745. The phlebotomist did a great job, was very customer oriented and made my blood draw pleasant. I walked out at 0755ish???? I think??? Either way I was in and out in about 20 minutes and highly satisfied with this location.
We were a hour waiting even with our appointment and no one to help at the office. Stay away from this place its a dump.
Wait is very long regardless of appointment. There's no staff at all giving updates. They got rid of the receptionist that could've told people that there is a significant delay and people could've rescheduled for a different time, but no, many sat there for over an hour then left.
