Noncaring and dismissive lady at front desk. Waiting an hour, still haven't had blood drawn. Gentleman came in 30 minutes after my sign in, was taken in first because he had an appt. time a full half hour after I signed in. Drop offs apparently take precedence and moved to the front of the line. Lady in back ridiculously slow, she's had 3 people taken back in 1 hour. And the drop off just now. Invested too much time already to leave, but Damn!
I haven't been in AZ long, but this is BY FAR the best lab I've ever been to. The ladies at the front desk were very sweet and the guy that drew my blood was an absolute pro. Take it from a southern girl. For such a small staff, These folks are GREAT.
Always pleasant people. Never had any problems. Thanks to all employees for being there. 😆
The worst experience ever! Very unprofessional, and discourteous. I was meet with a rude attitude and I felt like I was being seen by thugs or ex-cons. Stay away!!! Oh and I see why they have a sign in the lobby warning that its a felony to asualt a health care worker on duty.
