Update: just got notification of a new bill from a service in 2024- when I was not even in the state for the year 2024. Why do they keep attempting fraud on me? Getting the authorities involved as we speak Sent us multiples of the SAME bills for the SAME service, but under different LLCs (companies) and attempted to collect from all of them. After today’s appointment, I will never go anywhere else to get labs done again. The girl at the front desk was polite and considerate. The phlebotomist at my doctor’s office isn’t very trustworthy and I refuse to let him butcher me again. I have attached pictures taken just 20 minutes after he dug around in my arm(after telling him don’t dig)and kept going in and out, hitting the nerve continuously for all 8 vials.
