Update: just got notification of a new bill from a service in 2024- when I was not even in the state for the year 2024. Why do they keep attempting fraud on me? Getting the authorities involved as we speak Sent us multiples of the SAME bills for the SAME service, but under different LLCs (companies) and attempted to collect from all of them. Except, they had already gotten paid by my insurance company and collected my out of pocket. After today’s appointment, I will never go anywhere else to get labs done again. The girl at the front desk was polite and considerate. The phlebotomist at my doctor’s office isn’t very trustworthy and I refuse to let him butcher me again. I have attached pictures taken just 20 minutes after he dug around in my arm(after telling him don’t dig)and kept going in and out, hitting the nerve continuously for all 8 vials. This is not a company it's a joke. I drove 30 minutes to get my lab test, with an appointment, and they told me they couldn't get the test done because it was for Quest and they don't do it because it's the day after Thanksgiving. So why did you give me the appointment?

We have used Sonora Quest for years and have had no issues with them. But this year their service has declined to the point of they are just not worth going to. One site could find the orders, but took 45 minutes just to get checked in. Another site had the receptionist sealed off and just had the kiosks, which couldn't find our scheduled appt. The third site, the staff was condescending and rude.
