This office is so much better. Because they only offer appointments, it is quick and easy and you don't have to sit and wait around a lot of people who might be ill. The staff is kind. I'm not an easy stick but there is always someone there that can get the labs done.
i went in on december 27 as I wanted to go in before the end of the ;year since i'd met my deductible which makes a huge difference on billing. I brough in two work orders. There was some sorting out at the front counter when i was there but I made no big deal of it. almost a month later 1/20 sonora quest is saying that they never processed the other order. it's not in the system. I have left a message and have yet to hear back and now need to go in person to try to speak to manager to resolve. but what can they do now the n... read more
This place is appt ONLY! Don't try to walk in, they won't help you. Don't try to walk in and schedule an appointment, they won't help you. Don't waste your time!
They don’t know how to draw blood here. My husbands arm is incredibly bruised and they basically shanked him with the needle. Not only is the staff rude but they are also incompetent
