After waiting literally 2 hours 45 mins on hold, Sonora Quest after receiving my EOBs from the insurance literally expected us to hunt down THIER check from the insurance company (check number and where it was sent) making the patient do the job of their billers. Awful! Just go to a walk in clinic. Even when I make an appointment I sit her an hour or two before getting in. So slow! After waiting an hour and a half today I had to leave with no labs.
This office is so much better. Because they only offer appointments, it is quick and easy and you don't have to sit and wait around a lot of people who might be ill. The staff is kind. I'm not an easy stick but there is always someone there that can get the labs done.
i went in on december 27 as I wanted to go in before the end of the ;year since i'd met my deductible which makes a huge difference on billing. I brough in two work orders. There was some sorting out at the front counter when i was there but I made no big deal of it. almost a month later 1/20 sonora quest is saying that they never processed the other order. it's not in the system. I have left a message and have yet to hear back and now need to go in person to try to speak to manager to resolve. but what can they do now the n... read more
