I waited for 30 minutes after my appointment time. I had to catch someone to talk and see if they received my papers from my doctor. But they said I would have to wait until they call me for my turn . Because there is no one up at the desk to help anyone. Which is horrible now. There is a button to press off you need help which I did press but no one came. Once I went back they never received it they said. But I could go back out to the waiting room have the doctor fax it again and wait to try and catch someone to tell them ... read more
Very busy but like the employees. Polite. Gets the job done.
Fast friendly service.
Have been going here for years and always had a good experience. After today, will not go back. No staff at front desk, waited for nearly an hour just to pick up a kit... Finally gave up.
A drop off specimen should never take that long!
