Waiting waiting 1 hour and 15 mins. The sign posted 45 minutes for the wait. And my name continued to be last on the TV screen. So after 15 maybe more people came and left. I finally decided to leave also. Fasting for blood lab's, I was starving hungery, went to Wendy's . Not very friendly.
Great place for Lab work.
The only way to schedule appointments is via a website that is sketchy at best. The office has you check in using a kiosk that doesn't work half the time. Try to get help from the receptionist and she makes you return to the kiosk to check in. So if you are not able to schedule an appointment you are stuck sitting here staring at a sign that says wait time is 35 min. Automation in today's society isn't so grand
Unfriendly staff
These people are awesome in this lab building. I've been going since it first opened. I luckily found it in spite of the fact there really wasn't a sign yet for that business. They are all absolutely amazing, kind and professional. I've never made an appt but never really waited longer then 10 mins. I find I'm always laughing when I leave. Now they are making it easier for women to leave a urine specimen. (sorry, sensitive topic) Last time I was given a toilet hat of sorts.
