Based on today's experience, the service was excellent. Our wait time without an appointment was less than 10 minutes. Amanda drew my elderly father's blood. She knew exactly what she was doing, she is very experience. She deserves 10 starts.
Unbelievable how poorly managed this place is. Been here a handful of times and it has never been a pleasant experience. If you can have your labs done elsewhere I highly suggest you do so.
The billing department is a disgrace the aggravation and unwilling to send bills to the insurance company which is in network is not worth the hassle to use SONORA QUEST
