Nice staff, fast and efficient. And it didn't hurt.
Phlebotomist Brenda Horton is extremely rude and makes comments about people’s legal status. She, in fact, questioned my legal status based on my name alone(I’m assuming). Either way, I can only imagine how she treats others with similar names and complexions as myself. Disgusting.
I had a wonderful experience at this l location. Had never been here and was a bit hesitant because of the reviews. But I can honestly say the staff was very kind and professional and Amanda did a great job drawing my blood. Usually I’m poked 4 to 5 times before they are successful, and she got the job done in two tries! She was friendly, sweet, caring and kind, just an amazing person.
One of the technicians is extremely rude at this location. Save yourself being talked to like a child and turned away. I purchased a lab test and scheduled it all online. They couldn’t find it in their system so told me to leave and call customer service. Waste of time and money. It’s rare to be treated so poorly in Prescott. It’s not my fault your system isn’t working!
Based on today's experience, the service was excellent. Our wait time without an appointment was less than 10 minutes. Amanda drew my elderly father's blood. She knew exactly what she was doing, she is very experience. She deserves 10 starts.
