Cleanest Sonora I have ever been to. Easy to find, plenty of parking. Super fast service by an energetic fun staff. While I did need to be poked more than once, this is not uncommon, and the staff was super apologetic. But alas, they did not offer me a sucker, so 0/5 stars. For those on here who chose to think the staff is responsible for how your person veins work, please read below. Excellent visit. I walked in as Labcorp was closed again. Luckily, the wait wasn’t long. I don’t know the name of the woman who helped me (she had a necklace with a “K”). She was great and drawing blood and pleasant to talk to. I will be coming here from now on for my labs.
I would recommend driving to Prescott Valley or somewhere else. Some of the staff lack maturity or aren’t trained well where you’ll get stabbed unnecessarily or repeatedly because they missed. It’s good to know they are not nurses. I looked it up after having multiple collapsed veins and bruising. Last one I saw copped an attitude when I asked them to double check something which lacks professionalism. To error is human and they messed up my last lab order which warranted the request, regardless of who’s error it was.
Nice staff, fast and efficient. And it didn't hurt.
Phlebotomist Brenda Horton is extremely rude and makes comments about people’s legal status. She, in fact, questioned my legal status based on my name alone(I’m assuming). Either way, I can only imagine how she treats others with similar names and complexions as myself. Disgusting.
