I went to the lab in Prescott Valley Arizona 3 times. Each time there was a sign at the check in window that stated all personnel were busy and have a seat. I waited and waited then left. The third time I went just before closing and they told me they had not received the order from the physician. My provider showed me proof that it had been sent. They switched to LabCorp and the difference is amazing. When did basic competence become amazing???
