The billing department is a disgrace the aggravation and unwilling to send bills to the insurance company which is in network is not worth the hassle to use SONORA QUEST
Great experience, accommodating (had add on labs). Walk-in hours. Fast check in and skilled phlebotomists. Shelby helped us and she was great! Will refer my patients here going forward.
Great experience , walk in early morning after fasting , no waiting. Staff was very helpful, facility was clean. Shelby did an excellent job with a complex blood draw. Excellent experience.
I love how this location is set up. It's great for patient privacy, fast, and efficient. If you make an appointment ahead of time and show up on time, you are seen super quickly. Even walk-ins don't seem to wait too long. Folks who don't read the signs and understand that you need to check in on the kiosks first are the ones making things more difficult for everyone else.
