If you can go anywhere else, go ANYWHERE else. These are the most unprofessional people in the world and if it was possible to speak to anyone at their corporate office I would have complained formerly, but they trap you in a phone maze.
Absolutely horrible service. Really bad service and rude women. If you hate your job please quit!!
Excellent facility with an amazing staff! I didn't catch their names, but both women who worked with me were extremely polite and genuinely kind :) please be patient with the employees here, they're doing their best and are not just "sitting around chatting". Will definitely return for routine labs! Thank you, Sonora Quest!
Been here twice in 4 months. First time, a male tech and today a female. Both were awesome at drawing blood (if you have hard time getting blood drawn, it could be you didn't drink enough water). Very personal and friendly. Don't have their names, but thank you.
I won't be going to this place any more. The male Phlebotomist deliberately bruised my arm. By the way in other reviews people complained about the blonde guy, he is not blond anymore, he changed his hair color to dark brown or black. I think his name is Aaron, stay away from him, he is very strange.
