My wife and I went in about 30 minutes early, and that's when the BS started. Before I even get to the list below, the place was empty there wasn't even anybody at the front counter. It was really awkward because when the lady came out she was just really rude and standoffish. We had said nothing we didn't do anything wrong. Carli was very rude and refused to help me. She insisted there were no orders in the computer. Obviously there was because Kara so kindly took over and had zero problems finding my orders or taking my blood. Carli needs to go. We have been coming to this location for years and never had a problem before.
Really unhelpful and rude! I went for a TB test for work. I have never had one or know the process they talked down to me like I was stupid and it was like pulling teeth to get them to answer any questions about it. I ended up making an appointment at labcorp in town they were super helpful and answered all my questions helped me get all set up. This place was trash.
Always clean. Easy check in. Even when busy its not a long wait. I have only made an appointment one time otherwise walk in is easy and fast too. The lab folks are always nice and care about you. Making sure to make an unpleasant situation the best they can.
