The team here was very efficient, best experience I’ve had at Sonora Quest
Maria and T are the best‼️‼️‼️ I am a very hard stick, The only time anyone ever gets me is with an ultrasound machine and those girls saved the day for me. They were able to get my blood. They didn’t torture me. Poor Maria Was in the most uncomfortable position, but she she didn’t give up. I am so grateful to them and the rest of the wonderful staff here! Thank you ladies
I have gone here 3 times in the past 3 years. The last visit was today. I booked an appointment online 2 days ahead of time. My appointment was for 1:30pm. I arrived at 1:28pm and checked in on the digital pad. They called me to the front window 3 minutes later asking if I had my blood order. I handed it to them. 2 minutes later they called my name to go back for a blood draw. So the wait time was only 5 min. They were super nice at the front desk behind the window. This location need more employees is very sucks. People waiting in two hours. They come on time but they leave two hours after.
