I've never seen so many people waiting at a lab. There are no receptionists, so there's no way to communicate with anyone to determine how long the wait might be. To wait hours in this gross, old, freezing office room is miserable. I don't know why anyone would put up with this. Quest is obviously trying to maximize profit with as little staff as possible.

Doing 5 stars because The Manager for phlebotomists name is Taneesha, she is a beautiful sweet young lady who care, Glenda is a wonderful phlebotimist. However Sam is lazy supposedly could not find my request for lab which both ladies fou.d in a matter of 2 seconds. They need to hire more people to answer the phone. Endless hold times and so annoying.
Sounds like a party in the back. The kid who "helped" me was addiment about wrong info. Left and went to Labcorp
