40th St & Bell location - J was great. Five stars for them. But the first technician I saw, I think his name was Jonathan, was unfriendly and dismissive. I explained my circumstances to him and was completely ignored. He didn't even acknowledge that I had spoken to him. Very poor customer relations.
Poor customer service. Employees are sending patients to ICE offices, don't be surprise if ICE come visit the place too...
