Not having a front desk receptionist available to field calls and questions is the hallmark of a crap experience. I sat for 30 minutes before being told by the tech who called me back to draw my labs that my insurance isn’t accepted at this lab. Imagine how different my experience would have been with a front desk receptionist available to check me in and confirm my lab order and insurance..

nobody working the front desk, just a paper sign saying check in with the tablet. waited 35 minutes and disappeared from the queue without being seen. nobody available to ask about this. what a joke.

Sarah the technician has no bedside manner with child patients and their families. She does not communicate, is impatient with children, and her methods involve lying and force without giving opportunity to parents to be involved and aware of the situation. She takes no accountability for her immature and unprofessional approach. She does not introduce herself upon calling you back so I highly advise asking her name upon introduction and requesting a different technician for your child if you happen to get stuck with her.
